It happens to our staff all the time as we come across interesting people with big personalities making a living at cafés, markets, wineries and shops across the North Fork.
We made a list of some of our favorite folks we’ve come across and called them in for a series of brief interviews we’re calling “Fast Chat.” This week is chef Noah Schwartz of Noah’s in Greenport.
