We expanded our multimedia offerings to include a series of podcasts and Northforker TV. We also added more magazines to our print lineup.

In March, one year after publishing our very first issue of northforker magazine in 2017, we expanded to 10 issues. When we created northforker.com in 2013, we built in sections for the four verbs that best summed up our content: eat, drink, live and breathe.

The magazine, too, followed that format designed to showcase the best ways to eat the freshest produce grown in our maritime climate, drink the wine grown in our rolling vineyards, embrace country living and breathe in the salt air.

It’s with this same mindset that we presented Northforker TV, which debuted in October. Each episode features segments about some of the people and places that make you want to eat, drink, live and breathe on the North Fork.

We also brought a podcast into the mix. Northforker presents “On” includes a series of conversations among our staff — and others — covering a different topic each time. Some of the discussions included favorite tacos, outdoor spots and events.

Shoot content director Grant Parpan an email at [email protected] if you have a topic you want to hear us chat or debate about. And please subscribe on i iTunes or SoundCloud to help us grow this new area.
