One minute on the North Fork: Lavender by the Bay

As much as the locals may hate the traffic, you can’t deny what a beautiful sight it is to see this East Marion lavender farm in bloom. Lavender by the Bay attracts hundreds, if not thousands, of visitors each summer.

The lavender is in its peak season from mid-June to mid-July. We stopped by on a Friday afternoon to find that much of the English lavender is in full bloom. The French lavender should shortly follow.
