Fans of rosé, sparkling wine attend festival at Palmer Vineyards

Fans of rosé and sparkling wine got a rare treat Saturday as more than two dozen wineries came together for the  Rosé and Bubbly Fest at Palmer Vineyards in Riverhead. 

The wineries poured for about 1,000 patrons during two three-hour tasting sessions.

The event, organized by New York Wine Events, also featured local cheeses, produce from area farms and other artisan goods.
