The fried shrimp at Claudio’s Clam Bar.

Claudio’s Clam Bar is opening Saturday for the first time since the property was sold.

The iconic waterfront property switched hands in March, but the new management team said patrons can expect all of the same when the clam bar reopens this weekend.

Expect favorites like lobster rolls, oysters and craft cocktails, along with daily specials that will change with what’s in season.

The management team — led by Tora Matsuoka, co-owner of Sen Restaurant in Sag Harbor, and his business partner, Stephen Loffredo — said Claudio’s Clam Bar will be open six days a week, though the day it will close each week has not yet been set in stone.

The main Claudio’s restaurant, where customers can expect to see the most change, will reopen on Thursday, May 10. Crabby Jerry’s will open shortly after that date, though that has not been finalized, according to the group’s public relations firm.

The new ownership group includes well-know asbestos attorney Perry Weitz and his son, David, along with debt relief specialists Ian Behar and Ryan Sasson.
