Simply Sublime’s organic menu of juices and health-conscious bites has made it a go-to on the South Fork since it opened in 2012. Owners and sisters Juliette Logie and Alison Burke are now bringing the popular breakfast and lunch spot to the Main Road in Cutchogue along with business partner Kristy Gilmore.
“We opened in East Hampton with no money and a vision,” Logie said. “Our motto has always been that we stand behind what we do with taking care of the food and having everything be organic. It really caught on and now we have this great opportunity to expand to Cutchogue. There is a real awareness on the North Fork. The people value organic.”
The new location will offer an abbreviated version of the East Hampton menu. Expect açai bowls and fresh-pressed juices and smoothies made on site. There will also be a rotating selection of pre-made, grab-and-go items like the Asian-inspired crunchy Thai wrap.
The offerings will change each day depending on seasonal availability of ingredients and will be delivered daily from the East Hampton kitchen.
“We’ll have salads and wraps to go,” Logie said. “With the grab-and-go case there will be a lot of flexibility [with the menu]. I have a feeling the customers will find what we have delicious.”
The full cleanse menu will also be available. The meal plan provides 10 days of organic meals and snacks aimed at jumpstarting your clean-eating goals.
Simply Sublime is expected to open in early May at 28080 Main Road in Cutchogue; 631-765-9161
