Summer may be three months away, but in the mean time, you can sip it by the bottle.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard’s best-selling “Summer in a Bottle” rosé is back for a fourth season and started shipping earlier this month. The popular pink wine, perennially a northforker favorite, has sold out every year it has been available.

The 2016 vintage is a “light shiny copper color, with beautiful and seductive floral aromas,” the vineyard said in an email blast. The wine has hints of melon and lychee with a “lush and vibrant” mouthfeel.

“This year’s vintage of Summer in a Bottle Rosé is fruit-forward and absolutely delicious,” said Wölffer winemaker and partner Roman Roth. “I can’t wait for you to taste it.”

Fresh and fruity, this tasty wine is sold in a beautiful bottle designed by the UK team IWANT. Nothing says summer on the East End like this wine on your outdoor patio table.

Also available are Wölffer’s No. 139 Dry Rosé Cider and Noblesse Oblige Sparkling Rosé. The winery’s signature estate rosé has also been out since Valentine’s Day.

To order a case visit wolffer.com or stop by the Wolffer Estate Wine Stand to pick up a bottle. Free or flat-rate shipping is available to select states now through March 31.

You might also find Summer in a Bottle at Roanoke Vineyards’ Love Lane tasting room in Mattituck. The Wine Stand is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and Sundays through Thursdays 11 a.m. through 6 p.m.

The main tasting room is expected to open mid-March following renovations.

Get it before it’s gone.

Wolffer Estate Vineyard is located at 139 Sagg Road in Sagaponack. The wine stand is located at 3312 Montauk Highway in Sagaponack. (631) 537-5106
