“The Merry Widow” by Franz Lehar will be presented at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31, at Southold Opera.

The operetta is a production of the Long Island Opera Company. A group of local singers will also be featured.

The stage director is Anne-Julia Audray, artistic director of Southold Opera, with music direction by Fabio Bezuti and choreography by Audrey Senesse. A dinner featuring French cuisine, catered by chef Christopher Kar, will follow the performance.

Admission for the performance only is $55 to $75. The cost for the dinner and performance is $225. Tickets can be bought at Ye Olde Party Shoppe in Southold or at southoldopera.org.
