If all you’re planning to make on Thanksgiving Day is reservations, these are your best bets. Here are seven North Fork eateries that will be open and serving up special Thanksgiving feasts. 

A Lure Restaurant, Chowderhouse & Oysteria

A Lure will serve up a three-course Thanksgiving dinner that will include a choice of items like apple & butternut squash soup, fried gnocchi, braised short ribs, vegetable lasagna, roasted turkey breast, herb crusted salmon, goat cheese & mushroom polenta, and apple & sausage stuffing. Dessert choices will include sea salt pumpkin cheesecake and spiced cream pecan tart with maple whipped cream.

Enjoy a Tuscan Thanksiving at aMano from 5 to 10 p.m. with happy hour from 4 to 7 p.m. Courses include steamed mussels, butternut squash ravioli, housemade ricotta gnocchi, roasted free-range turkey, roasted pork chops and seared salmon. Deserts include apple crisp, pumpkin cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake.

Birchwood of Polish Town

The Birchwood will serve up its Grand Thanksgiving Deluxe Dinner buffet from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. They’ll have a deluxe carving station with turkey, prime rib and stuffed loin of pork. Other highlights include a raw bar, plus pasta and sushi stations. There will also be a variety of dinner entrees available like stuffed mushrooms, swedish meatballs and potato pancakes. Dessert will include a variety of pies and a chocolate fountain.

The Inn at East Wind

Enjoy a Thanksgiving Day buffet in the grand ballroom of the Inn at East Wind from noon to 5 p.m. Entrees like roast turkey, bourbon-glazed smoked ham, sirloin tips and seafood scampi will be served with traditional stuffing, mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables and green beans served with almonds. Dessert will include fresh baked pies, cakes, cookies and pastries.

The Jamesport Manor Inn

Celebrate Thanksving at the Jamesport Manor Inn with a three-course Prix Fixe dinner. Appetizers  include items like roasted pumpkin bisque and Crescent Duck Farm liver pate’. Entrees include cherry and chestnut stuffed turkey roulade, Peconic Bay scallops and shrimp risotto, and wild mushroom ravioli. Desserts include pumpkin caramel cheesecake, baked apple tarte and Bourbon vanilla créme Brulée.

Scrimshaw will serve its annual Thanksgiving buffet dinner with four seatings; 2 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. Enjoy a dozen delicious sides like sweet potato gratin, sweet and sour red cabbage and baby beet and lentil salad, alongside roast turkey and three varieties of stuffing. The evening will conclude with four desserts, including pecan pie, holiday pumpkin pie and chocolate mousse.

Sit down to Thanksgiving dinner at Jamesport’s Jedediah Hawkins restaurant and start off with either pumpkin squash ravioli, salmon rillettes or beet salad. Main entrees include turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes, salmon with colored cauliflower or filet with roasted sweet potatoes and creamy polenta. Dessert choices include apple pie, ginger crème brulee and pumpkin tart.
