Despite the hot and muggy weather, Main Street in Riverhead was packed with smiling people Thursday evening as Riverhead hosted Alive on 25 and the East End Arts’ JumpstART 2016.
Public art installations were sprinkled from the East End Arts campus all the way down to Peconic Avenue and beyond. As folks enjoyed the Alive on 25 party, they also viewed paintings, sculptures and performance art.
Thursday’s event marked the third Alive on 25 this summer in Riverhead, which alternates Thursdays with Patchogue when it hosts Alive After 5.
