Harbes Family Farm in Mattituck is always looking to add new attractions.

The farm features everything from hayrides to pony rides to pig races. And if not for the headline above, you’d never guess what the farm’s latest attraction is:  a goat bridge.

“We just opened it last weekend and it has already been a big hit,”said farm manager Shannon Harbes. “It is really great and it’s pretty unique. Not everyone can say they have a bridge for goats on their farm.”

The 16-foot high bridge enables goats to easily get from one playpen to the other.

The bridge is so tall you can even see it standing between two tree trunks from the road as you’re passing by.

Harbes Farm is now selling Barnyard Adventure season passes for $38. You can go whenever you want during the season with this pass, as compared to going around three to four times for the same price. General admission on the weekdays is $7.95 and $12.95 on the weekends.

The Mattituck location is now open daily with the farm stand open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Barnyard Adventure and the wine barn open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
