What better way to start your summer mornings on the North Fork than a little bit of outdoor yoga?

“Life is all about balance,” said instructor Lauren Adamkiewicz, who is hosting an outdoor yoga class at Greenport Harbor Brewing Co. “Everyone thinks you have to eat healthy and do all things healthy to be healthy, but you can achieve your goal by drinking a beer after you do some yoga too.”

Here are three outdoor places to experience some peace and tranquility as you exercise with certified yoga instructors before or after work.
