The Birchwood of Polish Town
Come celebrate the holiday with a special Easter brunch and dinner buffet at the Birchwood in Riverhead.
There will be a carving and cold stations, raw bar, sushi, a children’s area and giant chocolate dessert fountain. Each seating is 90 minutes and includes one mimosa or Bloody Mary, coffee, tea and fresh juice.

Long Island Aquarium
Have Easter brunch and a day of fun at the Long Island Aquarium in Riverhead.
The aquarium is holding its annual Easter brunch in the waterfront Sea Star Ballroom. Enjoy a traditional brunch menu. There will also be a craft station for children and a visit from the Easter Bunny. Then visit the aquarium for the penguin Easter egg hunt taking place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission to the aquarium is included in the brunch fee.
Reservations are required for the brunch and there are three seatings: 10 a.m., noon and 2 p.m. Cost: children ages 3-12 are $26.95 (members $22.95); adults are $42.95 (members $36.95); children aged 2 and under are free.

Enjoy Easter brunch this Sunday in the Grand Ballroom at East Wind Long Island in Wading River.
There will be a full gourmet buffet, a children’s station — plus a visit from the Easter Bunny. There will also be a cash bar after 2 p.m.

Tuck into Easter brunch at Red Maple restaurant at the Chequit on Shelter Island.
The historic inn will serve a special Easter brunch menu along with the restaurant’s signature Bloody Mary buffet.
Enjoy classics like eggs benedict, steak and eggs, scrambled eggs, frittatas, french toast and the Red Maple burger.
