The Hamptons-based coffee shop celebrated its grand opening with a beaming crowd and ribbon cutting ceremony on Sunday, January 17. The community-focused coffee shop made its home in a preserved a 1940s-era garage/service station.

The coffee shop and bakery is conveniently located in Aquebogue on Main Road, less than one minute from the Route 25 and Route 105 intersection, making it the perfect stop for grabbing a freshly brewed cup of coffee or one of their popular freshly baked muffins or scones before heading off to tour the North Fork.
These were some of of my favorite treats on a recent visit.
Exclusive to their Aquebogue location is their signature Organic North Fork Coffee Blend, which is a combination of estate grown coffee beans from South America. To pair with your cup o’joe, they sell handmade #NOFO, Aquebogue and local zip code mugs created by North Fork native Jess Miller of Simply Made Greetings. These mugs sell out fast and many designs must be pre-ordered.
To pair with your beverage, pick up some of Aldo’s almond biscotti and chocolate-covered hazelnut biscotti sold individually or in a package that is perfect for gift-giving. They also sell an extensive line of teas sold in canisters and by the cup from The Republic of Tea including seasonal blends, chamomile lemon, British breakfast, green tea, ginger peach, and hibiscus varieties.
For the month of February, the special coffee flavor is Chocolate Cherry Kiss and their signature beverage is a decadent Crème Brulée Latte. The Crème Brulée Latte tastes exactly like the creamy vanilla and caramel custard dessert and is topped with melted raw sugar. It pairs perfectly with their limited edition Red Velvet Cupcake with cream cheese frosting.

The North Fork outpost has a coffee “Bean Bar” where coffee connoisseurs can scoop their own beans and create their own blends from a selection of just-roasted varieties.
If a leisurely bike ride through the wine region is more your cup of tea, the Aquebogue café features a custom made green bike rack that’s shaped like a coffee cup!
The Aquebogue café also features notable Hampton Coffee staples which have been popular at their other locations in Southampton, Westhampton Beach and Water Mill.
These favorites include their variety of coffee blends, bakery items and a selection of fresh homemade breakfast and lunch food delivered each morning from their Water Mill headquarters. Breakfast selections include made-to-order real Irish Oatmeal, two different house-made yogurt parfaits and cage-free egg sandwiches as well as freshly-grilled panini, wraps, and salads for lunch.
