The North Fork was spared the worst of a winter storm that wreaked havoc on other parts of Long Island Saturday, The Suffolk Times reported Sunday morning.
With only about a foot of snow across town and no serious flooding in the area, this Sunday was ripe to enjoy the beautiful scenery or maybe a bit of sledding.
