Calling all caffeine addicts in need of a fix after dark: North Fork Roasting Co. in Southold will begin staying open late on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays starting Nov. 18.
The Main Road coffee shop, normally open until 5 p.m. on most days, will stay open until 9 p.m. those nights.
Owners Jennilee Marris and Jess Dunne plan to kick off the later nights with an art show, though the participating artists have not yet been named.
It’s unclear what type of NoFoRoCo brews — which include drip coffee, pour-over coffees, lattes and more — or baked good will be available.
“Who knows what will be on the menu,” North Fork Roasting Co. states on its Facebook page. “Keep you posted.”
