Perhaps you fancy yourself a skilled and diligent home chef and are a planning an elaborate homemade Thanksgiving feast worthy of a Martha Stewart Living spread, or at the very least, a Pinterest pin.

If so, this post isn’t for you.

For those of you whose ovens serve solely as decoration and storage, there are plenty of local places that would be happy to cook your Thanksgiving turkey to a crisp, golden brown so you can kick back with a glass wine and watch the parade.

Here are few North Fork eateries offering a full Thanksgiving dinner to be served at your own holiday table this year.

Ammirati’s Love Lane

Ammirati’s will offer Thanksgiving meals available for pickup on Wednesday, Nov. 25. The menu and prices have not yet been set, so call for more info.

Birchwood of Polish Town
512 Pulaski Street, Riverhead (631) 727-4449

Birchwood is preparing complete Thanksgiving dinners to go. Choose one item from each of the following selections: Full sliced (in a pan) or whole turkey (18 to 20 lbs); half tray of bread stuffing or sausage bread stuffing; half tray of garlic mashed or candied sweet potatoes; half tray of mixed vegetables; half tray of tossed salad; and one apple pie and one pumpkin pie or cheesecake for dessert. Dinner includes three dozen dinner rolls with butter, cranberry sauce, salad dressing and homemade turkey gravy. The complete dinner is $299. It serves 20 people. Pickup Nov. 25 or Nov. 26.

Birchwood will also offer a Thanksgiving Day buffet. Adults are $36.95 and children 5 to 14 are $15.95.

Erik’s

For a home cooked quality meal, you can’t go wrong with with an order from Erik’s. The eatery is offering to-go Thanksgiving meals with a la carte items. For instance, sliced roasted turkey breast is $24.95 for four people (you may make multiple orders, of course.) Also on the menu is Erik’s savory roast turkey gravy ($9.95 for four), vegetable cranberry stuffing ($12.95 for four), sausage and raisin stuffing ($15.95 for four), sweet potato casserole ($18.50 for four), classic mashed potatoes ($11.95 for four), green been casserole ($14.95 for four) honey glazed carrots ($14.95 for four), brussels sprouts ($14.95 for four), Erik’s cranberry sauce with Grand Marnier ($9.95 for four), pecan pie ($20 each) and pumpkin pie ($18).

Orders must be placed by Sunday, Nov. 22. Pickup is Wednesday, Nov. 25. Heating instructions will be included.

Lombardi’s Market on Love Lane

Lombardi’s Thanksgiving feast serves 20 to 22 people and costs $499.99. The package includes choice of one appetizer (bruschetta platter, gourmet cheese and crackers or vegetable crudité with spinach dip), diner rolls and butter chips, choice of one salad (tuscan garden salad, gorgonzola salad, baby field greens salad), a fresh whole 25 lb. turkey (there is a $75 charge to season and cook and an additional $50 charge to carve), gravy and Mandarin cranberry relish, the choice of butter mashed potatoes or classic sweet potato casserole, the choice of mushroom and caramelized onion stuffing or corn bread sage stuffing, pastries and the choice of an apple or pumpkin pie. It also includes two additional sides. Choose from the following: creamed spinach; string beans almondine; honey glazed sliced carrots; roasted brussels sprouts; butternut squash and apples; or gourmet macaroni and cheese casserole.

Lombardi’s also has a Thanksgiving dinner package for $259.99 that feeds 10 to 12 people. That package includes a, 18 lb. turkey (there is a $55 charge to season and cook and an additional $35 charge to carve), gravy, cranberry sauce, dinner rolls, stuffing, two sides, mini cannolis and choice of pie.

A la carte items are available for order as well.

Orders must be placed by Sunday, Nov. 22. Pickup is on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Maple Tree BBQ

Maple Tree in Riverhead is offering a number of options for your Thanksgiving table. From a dinner for two for $40, to a 25 lb. bird with all the trimmings for $340, they are sure to have what you need to feed your loved ones this Nov. 26. You choose the cooking method (roasted, brined and roasted, smoked or even half smoked and half roasted) and the sides. If bird isn’t your bag, Maple Tree also offers loin of pork, salmon, sauerbraten and more (requires four days notice.) But book fast. Chef Kevin Judge has limited over space as he cooks the birds the morning of Thanksgiving.

Marie Eiffel Market
184 North Ferry Road, Shelter Island (631) 749-0003

Fresh roasted organic turkey is served with gravy, cranberry sauce, roasted brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash, roasted tomato and string beans with shallots. The meal feeds eight people and costs $199.

Foie gras and desserts are also available for an additional charge.

Orders must be placed by Nov. 20. Pickup is on Wednesday, Nov. 25.

Salamander’s
38 Front St., Greenport (631) 477-3711

Salamander’s will have organic turkeys and other items available for order. For the gravy-making challenged, Salamander’s will make quarts of real turkey gravy and other sides available by the pint, quart and pound.

The eatery and market will also have Dartagnan’s organic Amish turkeys for sale. They are first come, first serve.

Scrimshaw

Included in the meal is a the choice of whole roasted turkey (about 14 pounds), carve-ready white meat, or white and dark meat (feeds about 12 people.) It is served with mashed parsnips and potatoes, green beans with buttered almonds, roasted brussels sprouts with bacon, sweet and sour red cabbage, house made cranberry orange relish and classic gravy.

The meal is $35 per person.

Add a pie for dessert — choice of key lime, pecan, apple custard or pumpkin — for an additional $5 per person.

You must order by Nov. 14 and all orders must be pre-paid.

Six Three One

Six Three One is offering one of the best deals we have seen. For $150 you will get a whole turkey, mashed potatoes, cream of turkey soup, tossed salad, creamed spinach and pumpkin pie. The meal feeds 10 to 12 people.

The restaurant is also open on Thanksgiving and is serving a seven-course dinner with house wine for $35.
