There will be a free concert for Suffolk County residents at the Suffolk Theater next week featuring music from the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s and 1980s.

The Suffolk County Office for the Aging is hosting its annual Harvest Concert on Saturday, Nov. 22 at the downtown Riverhead theatre. The show features the regionally acclaimed cover band Tradewinds. There will be food and drinks available for purchase throughout the evening.

“Our last concert on September 12 at the Patchogue Theatre was sold out and a good time was had by all,” County Executive Steve Bellone said in a statement.  “I hope all those who enjoy live music and great local entertainment bring their friends for another fun-filled evening. We are happy to have organized what will be a memorable night in Suffolk County.”

Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the concert begins at 7 p.m. The Harvest Concert is free of charge to all residents; however, all attendees must have a ticket for admission.  Residents can secure their free tickets online by clicking here or by calling the county’s Office for the Aging at 631-853-8200.

The Suffolk Theater is located at 118 East Main Street in Riverhead.
