We can’t always go out to eat, so there is never a bad time to learn how to cook a great meal in your own kitchen. And with holiday parties on the horizon, what better way to wow your guests than with a delicious dinner a North Fork chef taught you how to cook?
Just in time for prime dinner party season, two local restaurants are opening up their kitchens for holiday cooking classes that are just as much fun as they are informative.
The schedules are as follows:
Learn the proper way to cook a bird and all the sides with chefs Craig Attwood and Kyle Strong Romeo. Classes will be held on Nov. 23 and Nov. 24 and the cost is $50. Book a room at the inn for either night and the cooking class is free. Call (631) 722-2900 for more info.

Learn to cook a decadent holiday meal with chef Brian Burner at Joe’s Garage and Grill in Riverhead on Dec. 4.
