The Market Whole Foods & Supplements Café in Greenport will host a supper club dinner this Friday, Nov. 7.
The health-concious dinner, which will be prepared with locally sourced and organic ingredients by chef Jessica Kalish, is $60 per person and starts at 6 p.m.
“It’s an opportunity to have a healthy, fresh dinner made with local organic ingredients,” said The Market owner Shelley Scoggin.
The menu features an herbed goat cheese ravioli with beet sauce, spinach and walnuts, seared sea scallops with roasted brussels sprouts, bacon and butternut squash puree and an apple galette with vanilla ice cream.
