Waters, who learned how to blend vino when his mother-in-law gave him a winemaking kit many years ago, will teach his method learned through trial and era.
The class is $25 per person and includes a cheese plate from Petulant Wino in Aquebogue.
The event runs from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 27.
