Fig & Olive Bed & Breakfast (Cyndi Murray photos)

Chic and modern meets rustic colonial at Fig  & Olive Bed & Breakfast.

Now celebrating its first full year in business, the Cutchogue inn is already gaining a sparkling reputation among guests — many of whom have stayed more than once.

For example one Yelp.com review read that is offered “an impeccable experience.”

Perhaps that is because innkeepers Lisa and George Haase love sharing the inn and area as much as people enjoy staying there.

“If we can give these people a great experience it will get more people out to the North Fork and that is good for everyone,” Haase said.

Tucked away on almost three acres of land, the inn boasts fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces.

The inviting living room is a great place to kick back and enjoy their extensive library while the front porch provides the opportunity to sit back and enjoy your morning cup of coffee and read the paper while overlooking private rows of grapes.

At night settle back in an Adirondack chair and enjoy the evening sipping wine at one of the inn’s two outdoor fire pits.

There will also be plenty of room for adventure. The B&B’s Cutchogue location is within walking distance of several wineries, shopping and the beach.
