Foodies and wine lovers take note — tickets are still available for this weekend’s eats and vino smorgasbord Dan’s Harvest East End.
The event is set for Sat. Aug. 23 at McCall Vineyards and Ranch in Cutchogue.
Vintners from 40 Long Island wineries will uncork more than 2,000 bottles of current vintages and 30 local chefs will be on hand serving up tastes of their cuisine.
Wine expert Joshua Wesson will host and New York Times food writer Florence Fabricant and chef Tom Schaudel will be honored for their contributions to the Long Island dining scene.
General admission tickets are $125 with entry at 7:30 p.m.
VIP tickets, with entry at 6:30 p.m., are available for $275 per person, $2,500 for a group of ten or $3,000 for reserved seating for a group of ten.
The event benefits the Long Island Farm Bureau and Peconic Land Trust.
