As Hurricane Arthur threatens to wash out our outdoor Fourth of July festivities, we thought it best to come up with an indoor Plan B.  Our pick is Jamesport Vineyards’ Friday afternoon happy hour.

Featuring $5 wine and $2 oysters from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., it is a delicious deal rain or shine.

The party continues at the Jamesport winery Saturday and Sunday with its “Lobster Roll.” As the names suggests, there will be homemade lobster rolls and treats from the winery’s onsite wood-fired pizza oven and fresh oysters from their raw bar.

All the food can be paired with their awarding winning wines and other area beers.

On Saturday, the John DeVillo Band will be playing from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and on Sunday Kerry Kearny will be performing live from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Jamesport Vineyards is located at 1216 Main Road in Jamesport
