Longisland.com is giving hungry chowder lovers the chance to win a pair of tickets to the Greenport Chowder Festival on Sunday.

The event, sponsored by the East End Seaport Museum, will be held from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. at 234 Carpenter St., in front of the Greenport Harbor Brewing Company in the Chase Bank parking lot.

The following restaurants will participate: Noah’s, First and South, Claudio’s Restaurant, The Frisky Oyster, Front Street Station, Salt, A Lure Chowder House & Oysteria, aMano, Petulant Wino, Vino n Vittles,The Rhumb Line, Six Three One, The Blue Inn, CJ’s American Grill, and San Simeon By the Sound.

Attendees can enjoy samples from all 15 local chefs and vote on their favorites. Beer from Greenport Harbor Brewing Company and root beer from Miss Lady Root Beer will also be available.

Tickets are $12.50 in advance, $17.50 at the door, but act fast. Organizers are expecting to sell out. Click here for tickets.
