The Belmont Stakes is this evening, which means bourbon-infused drinks are in order as racing fans root for California Chrome to take the first Triple Crown in 36 years.
Here are two drink recipes for yummy cocktails to sip as the three-year-old colt runs the Test of Champion tonight at 6:52 p.m., courtesy of Long Island Spirits.

Belmont Blossom:
1 part LiV original potato vodka
1/2 part Strawberry Sorbette liqeur
2 parts organic lemonade
Shake and pour over ice. Rim glass with sugar.
Triple Mint:
2.5 oz Rough Rider straight bourbon
4 mint leaves
1 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. water
Muddle sugar, mint and water. Add bourbon and shake with ice. Strain into a rocks glas over crushed ice. Garnish with a mint sprig.
