For the parent who is tired of sending their child to baseball or soccer camp, here’s an idea for the summer: Young Farmer’s Camp at Sang Lee Farms.

Kids will learn a lifetime of good eating habits as they are taught how to prepare soil, seed, harvest and cook healthy veggies at the organic Peconic farm.

The program runs on Tuesday from July 8 until August 12 for seven to eight-year olds, and Wednesdays July 9 until August 13 for nine to 11-year-olds. The seven-week session is $400 per child.
