Sample faire from around the world without leaving Long Island.

After recently traveling to Nepal and experiencing the cuisine, Chef Noah Schwartz and his wife Sunita decided to celebrate their experience by offering it in a more casual setting.

International Food Fridays begins tonight at Noah’s in Greenport with Nepal Night.

Diners will be able to choose from four to five different cultural dishes in addition to the regular menu each Friday. Nepal Night’s select dishes include Crispy Spiced Peanuts, Crispy Vegetable Pakauda, Chaat and Local Bison Momos, or Nepalese Dumplings.

And it doesn’t stop there. Five different countries will be represented during Noah’s International Food Friday series.

Prices for these small plates will range from $5 to $19. The dates and corresponding countries are as follows:

April 4 –Nepal

April 11- China

April 18 ‑ Japan

April 25 ‑ Thailand

May 2-5 – Mexico, in celebration of Cinco de Mayo

Noah’s is located at 136 Front St., Greenport, NY 11944.
