The Riverhead Project chef Lia Fallon is among the past winners of Clovis Point’s Great Chili Cookoff.’

One of the tastiest events on the North Fork returns for a third year March 30. 

Clovis Point will host its Third Annual Great Clovis Point Chili Cookoff, featuring many of the area’s top chefs competing alongside eight home cooks, at the Jamesport winery.

The event costs $30, which includes a taste of all the chili, a glass of Clovis Point merlot and a ballot to vote for your favorite.

All proceeds benefit Group for the East End, an organization aimed at protecting and restoring the environment of Eastern Long Island through education, citizen action and professional advocacy.

The cookoff begins at 1 p.m. on Sunday, March 30.
