For a taste of the tropics in the dead of winter, visit Pace’s Dockside and try its popular raspberry cosmopolitan.
The drink is made with Stoli raspberry vodka, fresh lime juice, Triple Sec and a splash of cranberry. Served in a martini glass and garnished with lime, it can almost make you forget about the chilly weather.
Described by bartender Sandra Bilotti as “cold, refreshing, and fruity,” the cocktail is a bestseller at Pace’s, she said.
Check out the new restaurant and bar during Happy Hour when all drinks are half priced from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays.
