Happy times are beer again at First and South in Greenport this weekend. The restaurant and bar is hosting a Prohibition Party this Saturday complete with the cocktails, music and dancing of the roaring 20s. Guests are encouraged to dress in the styles of the time.
The party kicks off at 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 7 at First and South, located at 100 South St, Greenport.
And if you’re looking for a place to stay after the party, you don’t have to go to far to keep the Prohibition vibe going. Just two blocks away, the Victorian-style Ruby’s Cove Bed and Breakfast is offering a First & South’s Prohibition Party Full House Rental special.
The deal allows guests to book all three rooms at the B&B for $700, or $235 per room. The stay also includes a big “day after” breakfast at 10 a.m.
