KATHARINE SCHROEDER PHOTO Hellenic Snack Bar manager George Giannaris serves chili to John Rooney of Southold at the North Fork Environmental Council's annual chili competition at Martha Clara vineyards Friday night. The recipe was developed by George's 11-year-old son Yianni, center, with help from his brother Savvas, 8. The "11-Year-Old Chili" is occasionally served as a special at the Hellenic Snack Bar in East Marion.
