Starting tonight The Riverhead Project introduces The Chef Project.
Every Thursday executive chef Lia Fallon will prepare four courses served with “a side of culinary conversation.”
You can reserve a dining room banquette or the special table inside the kitchen with a front row seat to watch Ms. Fallon in action.
The first Chef Project is tonight Thursday, October 10 at 7 p.m and will continue every week.
Banquette seating is $50 per person.
Seating in the kitchen with Chef Fallon is available for groups of four to six people at $75 per person. Of that ticket price $25 will be donation to North Fork Animal Welfare League with shelters in Riverhead and Southold towns.
