The Riverhead Project will host an Oktoberfest beer dinner on Wednesday Oct. 2 at 6:30pm. TRP brewmeister and host of the dinner Terrance Daly will pair Weihenstephan beer with a four-course German-themed dinner.
The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

FIRST COURSE
Charcuterie
Bratwurst, liverwurst, duck sausage, ale mustard and house brined horseradish pickles with toasted seeded rye crisps.
SECOND COURSE
Spaetzle
Wild mushrooms, caramelized pearl onions and herb butter.
THIRD COURSE
Schnitzel
Pretzel crusted chicken, paillard, beer brased cabbage and sea salt fingerlings.
DESSERT
Black Forest Torte
Kirschwasser soaked cherries, double chocolate ganache, sweet cream and chocolate shavings.
