The Riverhead Project will debut its new The Beer Project tonight August 7. The event will be held every Wednesday a the restaurant with a slightly different theme each week.
First Wednesday of every month: The Beer Dinner—For $40 per person, guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner, courtesy of executive chef Lia Fallon, paired with craft beers presented by beermeister Terrance Daly. Rocky Point Artisanal Brewers will host the dinner on August 7, Trappist Beers on September 4 and Weinhenstephaner on October 2.
Second Wednesday of every month: The Beer School—Learn about the craft part of craft beer with mini-lectures, beer samples and handouts.
Third Wednesday of every month: Kegger Wednesdays—$1 beers from the keg on the patio or in the lounge. Southampton Publick House will pour on August 21, Barrier Brewing Company on September 18 and Greenport Harbor Brewing Company on October 16.
Fourth Wednesday of every month: Small Bites and Beer—Terrance Daly and Lia Fallon will pair craft beer with small bites at the bar.
