On Saturday, July 13 Waters Crest Winery takes customers on a local culinary adventure with their new event, “Dine and Dash: A Gastronomical North Fork Foodie Experience.”
The day includes a visit to three different venues with three food courses cooked by three different chefs paired with three different wines.
At 2 p.m. sharp the adventure begins at Jedadiah Hawkins Inn in Jamesport with a specialty meal paired with a specific Waters Crest wine.
Next, the group will head to Amano Osteria and Wine Bar in Mattituck where Chef Tom Schaudel will have the next course prepared.
The day will end at Waters Crest Winery, where Chef Tom Fazio will provide the final course.
At each stop, with each course, Waters Crest winemaker Jim Waters will treat guests to a specifically paired glass of wine.
