Riverhead’s Fourth of July fireworks show will be on Thursday July 5.

Get ready to be dazzled by four Fourth of July firework shows on the North Fork.

On Wednesday and Saturday nights, they’ll be lighting the skies over the Greenport carnival, and on Thursday and Saturday there will be fireworks in Riverhead.

Here’s a rundown of this week’s fireworks:

Fireworks on Wednesday July 3 and Saturday July 6 at 10 p.m. are part of the Greenport firemen’s carnival taking place from 6 to 11 p.m. Wednesday,July 3 through Saturday July 6 at the Polo Grounds on Moore’s Lane. The event, which includes rides, games and food, is hosted by Phenix Hook & Ladder Company and Relief Hose Company.

Fourth of July concert and fireworks on the Peconic riverfront in Riverhead starts at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday July 4. Brady Rymer performs, followed by fireworks at approximately 9:15 p.m.

Riverhead Raceway will have a fireworks show Saturday July 6 in between races once it becomes dark at the track located on Route 58 in Riverhead. Racing starts at 6 p.m. Tickets cost $30 for adults, $5 for children ages 6 to 12 and free admission for children ages 5 and under. For more information, call 631-842-7223.
