¾ oz. Maple Liquor
2 oz. Blanton’s Bourbon
Splash dark beer of your choice
Touch of simple syrup
Fresh lemon juice (about 2 wedges worth)
Shake and garnish with a lemon wedge.
“It’s New Orleans flavor with an island twist,” said bartender Johnathan Polisteno, who has been serving at Legends for more than eight years.
This martini is good for the bourbon lover in your life. The dark beer cuts down on the sweetness of the maple, and the tart of the lemon. The maple liquor would also make a great addition drizzled over a late night vanilla ice cream snack.
