This cocktail, described as “refreshing, crisp and local” is a new seasonal addition at aMano Osteria & Wine Bar in Mattituck.
1 oz. Light Rum
Fresh mint leaves
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
Muddle and then add:
2-3 Strawberries diced (make them local if you want!)
Ice
Top with soda
Shake and serve
