If you like oysters, head down to Blue Canoe in Greenport this Saturday, Nov. 15.
The waterfront oyster bar and grill is hosting its first Oyster Roast where you can meet local oyster farmers and taste their fare. There will be plenty of wine, beer and, of course, oysters to go around. Plus there will be live music from area rock band Second Hands.
The first annual Oyster Roast is from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15 at Blue Canoe, located at 104 3rd Street in Greenport.
Tickets are $25 at the door.
