How Have You Been a Hero to Animals?

July 5 @ 9:30 am - August 18 @ 5:00 pm

The Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Public Library wants to reward your talent! Kids, Tweens and Teens ages 5-18 may submit a photo of an animal that you own, have helped or adopted, create a unique piece of art, or share a story, describing how you have been a hero to an animal. This may include volunteering, adoption, or by attending shelter themed library programs. Although we welcome all animal-themed submissions, we especially LOVE shelter stories. We ask that you include your name, age and phone number on the back of your submission.
One lucky winner will receive a raffle basket which includes $10.00 to Petco, pet toys, pet treats and more! Please drop off your entry from July 5 – August 18 at the Cutchogue Library. If you have any questions, please contact Theresa via email at: Theresa@cnsfl.org.
Winner announced August 25, and all entries will be displayed at the Southold Animal Shelter during and after the contest.
