When news broke yesterday that a popular Greenport motel and restaurant had sold to a boutique hotel group, residents began to wonder what the future holds for the prominent Soundfront property.

But in his first media interview since purchasing the iconic Sound View Inn and Restaurant in Greenport, Eagle Point Hotel Partners co-founder Erik Warner told The Suffolk Times customers won’t notice too many changes to the waterfront property in 2016.  READ
