Local libations paired with classic board games have a way of injecting fun into annoying cold and gray days.

These three North Fork tasting rooms are serving up wine, beer and cider with a side of friendly competition.

Grab a few friends and escape the winter blues with some games.

Jamesport Farm Brewery

Jamesport Farm Brewery is a pet and family friendly tasting room with a selection of locally sourced craft beers. Grab a pint and brush off your Connect Four, chess, Bop It and Simon Says skills. When the weather warms, check out the brewery’s giant Jenga set on the patio.

Bridge Lane Wines

Bridge Lane is a young, fun label that caters to a relaxed vino-loving crowd. These vibes translate through the bright, fruit-forward wines, chic costal meets modern tasting room and the entertainment inside. Before it’s warm enough to take one of Bridge Lane’s canned wines to the beach, cozy up and play a round of Scrabble, Pictionary, checkers or Jenga with a glass on tap at the Mattituck Tasting room.
