This North Fork property encompasses its own peninsula on Cutchogue’s Nassau Point, with vast views stretching to Peconic Bay and Robins Island.

“It is a true peninsula,” said listing agent Thomas Uhlinger of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. “There’s 645 feet of waterfront because it wraps from east to west, north to south, back to west. It’s special.”

But the novelty of its location isn’t the only notable amenity of the one-acre Wunneweta Road property. Notice the boat dock off the backyard,  which is visible from the living room.

The 2,000-square-foot mid-century sideline ranch has three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The first floor features a modest kitchen typical of the 1950s era, Uhlinger said, which opens into a spacious dining room and offers water views.

The first floor is completed by a sunroom and winter living room, which includes a traditional brick fireplace, one of two fireplaces in the home.

Although the next owner will likely overhaul the home itself, Uhlinger noted the building has great structure and was designed by local architect Bill Beebe.

“In reality, someone is going to buy this house and could renovate it totally,” he said. “It’s got great bones. It’s well built.”

The home is listed at $1,695,000.
