This waterfront home in Southold is perfect for boat lovers.

With a private dock on Corey Creek, homeowners can park multiple boats right off their backyard.

“It’s the ultimate summer waterfront home,” said listing agent Marie Beninati, of Beninati Associates. “Everything is focused on the water. It pushes you outdoors.”

The 1,833-square-foot home has views of the creek from nearly every room. Featuring three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the sight of the water is among the first thing one will see upon entering the great room of the single-story home.

The master bedroom, which is located on the opposite side of the house as the two guest bedrooms, has its own balcony.

A kitchen, dining room and living room complete the layout. However, Beninati’s favorite part of the 0.33 acre property is the outdoors.

“I think the veranda is probably my favorite spot,” she said. “It’s outside and it’s covered, but it’s so comfortable and so pleasing. You just want to be there.”

She added that the home is nestled on one of the widest parts of Corey Creek, which allows for nice, open views.  Being on the creek also provides protection for docked boats that other bodies of water can’t necessarily provide.

“The key is really the location on the water with the views,” Beninati said of the Minnehaha Boulevard property. “When you walk in you see the water. When you sit down you’re looking at the water. When you have dinner you’re looking at the water. In the bedrooms you’re looking at the water. It’s really a lovely feeling and a wonderful experience.”

The home is listed at $1,099,000.
