Float on up, dock your boat, grab a bite and relax for a bit.

Sounds nice, right?

The North Fork (and Shelter Island) offer several great spots to dock your vessel and enjoy a delicious meal as the sun goes down.

Now you just need a place to do it. Check out these options.

A Lure

Located at the Port of Egypt — no, not that Egypt — this Tom Schaudel-owned restaurant opened in 2011 and bills itself as a “chowder house and oysteria.”

Enjoy a seafood meal while waiting for the ferry, spending the day at Orient Beach State Park or after just taking a leisurely drive out east. Watch the seagulls scuttling along the beach and take in the views of the working marina.

PeraBell Food Bar East
65 E. Main Street, Riverhead

Since its June 2015 opening, PeraBell has become an integral part of Riverhead’s mission to re-establish itself as a destination. We recommend a burger or their clam pie cooked in the 7,000 pound imported pizza oven (or anything on the menu, really!)

Porto Bello

Grab a slip at Brewer’s Yacht Yard in Stirling Harbor and enjoy an authentic Italian meal here. First opened 17 years ago, the restaurant was previously located on Mattituck Inlet.

Pridwin Hotel

This historic hotel offers a pristine view of the water facing Greenport. From July 1 and through Labor Day, Wednesdays are a popular day to dock here for the Pridwin’s weekly cookout.
