Want to tour Long Island Wine Country, but can’t figure out which vineyards to visit? Here’s a chance to enjoy more than 100 wines in one place.
Now in its third year, North Fork Crush Artisanal Food and Wine Festival returns to Jamesport Vineyards on Saturday, June 24.
“We can’t say how thrilled New York Wine Events is to return to the North Fork,” said Sam Kimball, founder of New York Wine Events which is the party’s organizer. “[The North Fork] has become so popular with people in around the New York area. The area continues to flourish and grow.”
More than two dozen wine producers will gather at the Main Road vineyard and offer samples of their wines — many poured by the winemakers themselves — and offer bottles for purchase. Festivalgoers can chose from two sessions; noon to 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Guest take home a complimentary tasting glass following the event.
There will also be charcuterie, cheese plates and fresh bread for patrons to enjoy. Additional artisanal food and beverage brands, like coconut water company Harmless Harvest and Greenport olive oil boutique Vines & Branches, will also be on hand selling and offering samples of their goods.

New York Wine Events hosts several happenings throughout the year, all focused on bringing together food and wine lovers from the New York Metropolitan area.
“With our own audience here, we have a real reach with New Yorkers,” Kimball said. “What that ends up translating to is a pretty significant number of people at the event.”
The company will also host weekly wine tours from New York City this summer.

General admission tickets are $65 in advance. Round-trip bus service is also available from Manhattan can also be added for $109.
