From street fairs to the famous Mattituck Lions Club Strawberry Festival, there are many East End early summer traditions that you don’t want to miss.

ROTARY UNCORKED

Rotary Club of Riverhead’s uncorked is an event that raises money for local charities. The party offers many great things: tastes from local restaurants, bakeries, farm stands, specialty stores, wine, beer, cider, music and more.

Downtown Riverhead on East Main St. between Roanoke Ave. and East Ave. and on the grounds of East End Arts (133 E. Main St.)

The festival is a daylong event that offers fun for the entire family.
Arts and crafts fair, street painting, live music, food trucks, drumming, dancing, theatre, children’s activities and more.

TASTE THE EAST END

The community comes together to hull the strawberries that will become shortcakes, Daquiris and more. Pay-one-price bracelet for rides: $20; single ride tickets available.
