Since we launched northforker more than three years ago, we’ve been occasionally writing about the lunches we eat. In the past year and a half alone, we’ve written about more than 30 menu items we’ve sampled.
It’s a great way to try many different North Fork restaurants and it’s also a savvy way to get the company to pick up the lunch tab for us. (Maybe we should have cut that part!)
The other day, as I sat at my desk with a sad lunch I brought from home, I began to search our archives daydreaming of all the better lunches we’ve written about. With the help of our summer intern, I came up with this list of 10 lunches I’d rather be eating.
Local vegetable flat bread pizza, Bistro 72 in Riverhead ($11)
