If food, wine and fun is on your list this summer, Jamesport Vineyards will be the location for an event next month that promises all three in one afternoon.

The North Fork Crush Wine & Artisanal Food Festival is returning to the Main Road winery for the second consecutive year June 25.

The event features over 20 wineries from across the state pouring more than 100 wines for tasting.

“We’re excited to return to Long Island wine country to showcase the region’s incredible wines and offer wine lovers a very up close and personal experience,” said Sam Kimball, founder of New York Wine Events, which is organizing the event.

Participating local wine producers include: Brooklyn Oenology, Gramercy Wines, Harbes Winery, Jamesport Vineyards, Lenz Winery, Lieb Cellars, Long Island Merlot Alliance, Martha Clara Vineyards, Osprey’s Dominion, Palmer Vineyards, Raphael, Reilly Cellars, Saltbird Cellars, Sannino Bella Vita Vineyard, Sherwood House Vineyards and Suhru Wines. Lakeland Winery in the Finger Lakes and KAS Spirits from Putnam County are also participating, among others.

Guests will be able to meet the winemakers and learn all about their favorite wines directly from the source. There will also be numerous sampling tables from a selection of artisanal food companies presenting chocolates, baked goods, jams and more.

“Sipping wines in a beautiful setting, with the winemakers right there to provide tasting notes and more, while enjoying a sampling of artisan fare really shows all the fine things this region has to offer,” Kimball said in a press release.

There are two sessions for festivalgoers to choose from: 12 to 3 p.m. and 4 to 7 p.m. Tickets are currently on sale now for $59 and up. For more details, or to purchase tickets, visit newyorkwineevents.com.
